You can shop our collection on our
Website by searching for “savagegears.in” Add the items you wish to purchase to
your cart and follow the prompts to complete your order. We are also available
on Amazon & Flipkart
4. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from Small
(S) to 3 Extra Large (3XL), depending on the product. For specific sizing
information, please refer to our Size Chart on each product page.
5. Can I return or exchange an
item?
Yes! We accept returns and
exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the items are in new, unused
condition with all tags attached. For more information, please refer to our
Return & Exchange Policy.
6. How do I initiate a return
or exchange?
To start a return or exchange,
please contact our customer service at connectwithus@savagegears.in with your
order number and details of the items. We’ll provide further instructions to
make the process simple for you.
7. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes
5-7 business days depending on your location. During high-demand periods, such
as sales or holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all
our orders.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you
will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this
number to track your package via DTDC.
If you haven't received the
tracking number after placing the order, obtain it by emailing us at

10. What payment methods do you
accept?
We accept all major payment
methods available on our website, including credit/debit cards, net banking,
UPI. Also, we provide Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option with an
additional fee of 100rs per package. (subject to availability).

promotions?

12. Can I cancel or modify my
order?
If your order has not been shipped
yet, you can request a cancellation or modification by contacting our team at connectwithus@savagegears.in
Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
13. What should I do if I
receive a damaged or defective item?
We apologize for the
inconvenience! Please email us at connectwithus@savagegears.in with your order
details and photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your
package. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
14. Do you ship
internationally?
Currently, we only ship within
India through Flipkart. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping
options!
15. How do I care for my Savage
Gears apparel?
To extend the life of your Savage
Gears products:
Machine wash cold with similar
colors.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Avoid ironing directly on printed
designs.
