Savage Gears Return and
Exchange Policy
At Savage Gears, we strive to
provide high-quality fitness apparel that you will love. However, if you are
not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and
exchanges. Please review our policy below.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
A. Items must be returned within 5 days of the
delivery date.
B. Items must be in new, unused, and unworn
condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
C. We do not accept returns for discounted or
clearance items, unless they are defective.
2. Return Process:
A. To initiate a return, please contact our
customer service team at connectwithus@savagegears.in with your order number and
reason for the return.
B. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return
shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
C. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business
days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
3. Refunds:
A. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method used during purchase.
B. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
A. Items must be exchanged within 5 days of the
delivery date.
B. Items must be in new, unused, and unworn
condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. Exchange Process:
A. Contact our customer service team at connectwithus@savagegears.in with your order number
and details of the item you wish to exchange, along with the replacement size
or color.
B. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we
will offer you a refund or store credit.
C. Exchanges will be processed and shipped out
within 5-7 business days after we receive the original item(s).
D. Pack items in their
original packaging along with the original bill.
3. Shipping for Exchanges:
A. We'll handle the shipping
expenses for sending you replacements. However, you are responsible for the
shipping costs associated with returning the items you wish to send back.
B. For additional exchanges on the same order,
return shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our standard procedure includes a quality control check
before dispatching goods to customers. Should the shipped product be damaged,
the responsibility for the return shipment will be ours.
The customer should decline the package if the package is found to be opened or torn at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or
defective item, please contact us immediately at connectwithus@savagegears.inwith your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a
replacement or refund at no extra cost.
